SimFlex is a closed loop comprehensive realtime technology introduced by Araco for treatment of sour gases to acceptable levels. The unit is capable of processing and filtering fine particles using specially designed cyclonic desander to support Zero Flaring initiatives.

Hydrogen Sulfide Mitigation

Mobile, automated inline chemical reaction enhancement system in SimFLex homogenises the flow back effluent and optimises chemical quantities using realtime automated sampling, testing and feedback to pumps for precision injection. Mitigates the risk of H2S discharge on surface with faster conditioning of the fluid.

H2S Scavenging

The market demands effective treatment of H2S at source for optimized flow performance, improving revenue and to minimize various risk factors.
Removal of H2S in the earlier stages of production stream rids this poisonous gas from the downstream equation of corrosion and safety. Both “facility lifespan” and “level of threat to human life” are becoming the most significant design in today’s facilities for E&P companies drilling in H2S-prone reserves.

Flaring of oil & gas into the atmosphere during the well testing and cleanup process is considered one of the major causes for global warming apart from the wastage of output in the industry.
Flaring results in approximately 145 billion cubic meters of natural gas burned worth USD$ 20 Billion annually, causing more than 300 million tonnes of CO2 to be emitted into the atmosphere. There are more than 16,000 flares in around 90 countries.

SCAVIX 77 – Oil-soluble H2S Scavenger

Scavix 77 is an oil-soluble hydrogen sulfide scavenger. The product was specifically designed to deliver extraordinary performance in low BSW oil production systems and in gas treating plants. Its innovative formula allows immediate reaction of the product with H2S, producing an inert substance as a result: atomic sulfur.
Unlike some other H2S scavengers in the market, the performance of Scavix 77 is not affected or reduced by the presence of CO2 in the system. This is particularly important in the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in systems where the CO2 is present, either associated with produced natural gas, or in fields where the CO2 is injected as a form of advanced oil recovery.
Scavix 77 is recommended as an H2S scavenger for crude oil and gas systems. Its innovative formulation makes Scavix 77 a very effective product, and smaller amounts of the product are necessary to completely remove the H2S in the system.

SQ 1531 – Water-soluble H2S scavenger

AGENA SQ-1531 is a 59% active aqueous solution of an amine resin condensate, designed as a hydrogen sulfide sequestrant for aqueous medium.
AGENA SQ-1531 can also be used as an additive in water-soluble corrosion inhibitors and surfactants to increase control over microorganisms.
AGENA SQ-1531 can be injected continuously into water lines, water tanks, pit holdings, and steam overheads. For ease of application, it can be diluted with methanol or water. AGENA of SQ-1531 solutions contains sulfide converted into water-soluble compounds that can be injected into the water disposal systems.

EB 3010 – Emulsion Breaker

EB-3010 is a 100% water-soluble mixture of organic compounds and enzymes that forms a very effective emulsion breaker for both paraffin-based and asphaltenes- based Crude Oils. It is an environmentally friendly chemical, capable of separate water from the water in Oil (W/O) and oil in water (O/W) emulsion, which are generated or produced in crude oil, petroleum recovery & refinery process.
EB-3010 offers excellent performance at a competitive cost as an environment-friendly alternative to oil- based products. It is nontoxic, non- hazardous, non-flammable and 100% biodegradable, thereby not requiring special handling.
The product can be used in a variety of applications.

VR 3060 – Viscosity Reducer

VR-3060 is a 100% water-soluble mixture of organic compounds and enzymes that forms a very effective viscosity reducing and anti-slugging solvent for paraffin based and asphaltenes based Crude Oils. It cuts long-chain hydrocarbons at specific receptor sights resulting in a permanent reduction in thickness of treated hydrocarbons, without the use of heat or crystal modifiers. It also does not change the chemical characteristics of the crude oil produced. VR-3060 also exhibits water- wetting properties. It converts an oil-wet surface into a water-wet surface preventing the paraffin or asphalts from re-depositing on the surface.

ASTM 4084-82, D4468-85, and D4045-81 approved analytical precision technology based Inline Automated H2S Analyzer allow the liquid sample to continuously flow past one side of the non-selective permeable membrane while the carrier gas on the other side. Sample components permeate the membrane and are swept away to make a mixture of gases suitable for analysis.
